These Terms govern your use of KidsMeal, published by Onat Software, an individually owned business operated in Türkiye (“we”, “us”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.

Who may use KidsMeal

KidsMeal is for parents and caregivers. You must be legally able to accept these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity on your account.

What the service provides

KidsMeal displays school meal plans that have been published to the service. It can also generate meal alternatives and shopping-list suggestions using an AI model on your device. Menus may be unavailable, incomplete, delayed, or changed by the school.

AI suggestions and food safety

AI-generated alternatives and ingredient lists are suggestions only. They may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular person. Check product labels, ingredients, preparation instructions, and school guidance yourself. KidsMeal does not diagnose, prevent, or treat any condition and does not guarantee that a suggestion is free of allergens or meets nutritional needs.

Acceptable use

Use KidsMeal lawfully and do not interfere with, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or its services. Do not use it to upload or transmit unlawful content or another person's sensitive information.

Accounts and termination

You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion using these instructions. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or comply with law. Account deletion does not remove published school meal-plan content that is not associated with your account.

Availability and changes

We may modify or discontinue features, including when a model or platform service is unavailable. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the app available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Updates to these Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.

Ownership

KidsMeal and its app materials are owned by Onat Software or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available and without guarantees that every menu or AI suggestion is accurate or suitable. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Onat Software is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on menu information or AI-generated suggestions.

Governing law and contact
